To commemorate the college’s Fiftieth Birthday, The Sandhills Community College Alumni Association is offering Alumni and friends and family of Alumni an opportunity to support the College and to leave their permanent mark on our beautiful campus.
The Sandhills Community College Graduate Walk – Paving the Way to Success will be a beautifully designed brick area, centrally located on campus — near the area our future graduates will pass each May at Commencement. Each brick will be laser engraved with an alumnus name, and will symbolize the spirit they felt when they achieved their goals at Sandhills. What a statement to our community!
The bricks are available for a $100 contribution to the SCC Alumni Association. The names on the bricks must be alumni of Sandhills Community College.
Current Graduate Circle donors will be grandfathered in the Graduate Walk. Each brick will be laser engraved with the graduate’s name, degree, and graduation date and will include a special emblem symbolizing they are a Graduate Circle donor.
The Graduate Circle
Each year for the last four decades, Sandhills has graduated a class of students with the knowledge and tools needed to improve their lives and their communities. We hope the year you graduated has special meaning to you and will lead you to join The Graduate Circle, a group of Alumni donors who pledge their class year, in dollars and cents, each month for the next year. For example, if you graduated in 2002, a monthly gift of $20.02 will generously support the mission of excellence in education at Sandhills Community College.
For your convenience, you may donate your class year in dollars and cents on a monthly basis or multiply your class year by 12 and make a one-time payment.
